2. What we use cookies for

• Strictly necessary: session authentication (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax), CSRF protection, locale preference. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional: remembering UI preferences (theme, dashboard layout).
• Analytics: only privacy-preserving, first-party aggregate metrics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. What we do NOT do

• No third-party advertising cookies.
• No cross-site tracking of recipients. Email engagement signals are processed server-side per our Privacy Policy and DPA — never via cookies placed on recipients' devices.

4. Retention

Session cookies expire with the session (staff sessions: 8 hours). Preference cookies: up to 12 months. Aggregate analytics: retained per our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy).
