TraXmark provides email engagement intelligence. Signals are classified evidence, not guarantees of recipient behavior. Availability targets and liability limits are set in the full ToS.

Privacy Policy

We process engagement data under GDPR and ePrivacy (EDPB Guidelines 2/2023): consent records, pseudonymized events, retention limits and recipient rights via the privacy portal.

Data Processing Agreement

A GDPR Art. 28 DPA with sub-processor list, EU data residency and SCC clauses is available for all paid plans.

Acceptable Use

No spam, no purchased lists without consent, no deceptive tracking. Violations trigger the abuse pipeline: warning, restriction, suspension.

Recipient Tracking Notice

Messages may contain engagement tracking. Recipients can opt out, request data export or erasure through the privacy portal linked in each message.
