Acceptable Use Policy

Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 2026-08-18

This policy protects deliverability, recipients and the platform. Violations may result in warnings, rate restriction or suspension.

1. Consent is mandatory

You may only send tracked messages to recipients from whom you have obtained lawful consent, or with whom you have an existing business relationship permitted by applicable law. You must record consent (source and timestamp) in TraXmark.

2. Suppression and unsubscribe are absolute

Unsubscribed and hard-bounced addresses may never be re-added to active sends. Bypassing suppression (via imports, new lists or workarounds) is a material breach.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Spam, bulk unsolicited mail, purchased or scraped lists without consent.
  • Phishing, impersonation, deceptive sender identity.
  • Deceptive tracking (hiding that messages are tracked).
  • Malware, malicious links, or content that is illegal in the recipient's jurisdiction.
  • Attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, warm-up controls or security controls.
  • Probing, scanning or attacking the Service or other tenants.

4. Deliverability responsibilities

Follow warm-up guidance for new domains. Keep bounce rates below 2% (7-day window). TraXmark may block campaigns that endanger shared sending reputation.

5. Enforcement

We monitor bounce/complaint signals and risk scores. Actions escalate: warning → rate restriction → suspension. Repeated or severe violations lead to termination under the Terms of Service.

6. Reporting abuse

Report abuse to abuse@traxmark.com. We investigate and respond within 48 hours.
